POSTAGE CHARGES & DELIVERY
- Where delivery charges apply, these charges are dynamically calculated depending on the delivery postcode, weight, and dimensions of the order in your shopping cart, on our website. We mainly use Australia Post Regular postage rates. Choosing the Express Post option will incur an extra postage fee.
- We aim to despatch all orders within 2-3 working days. Please refer to the Domestic delivery times – Australia Post (auspost.com.au) to view delivery times.
- Parcels and express items: Once your order is posted you will be sent a tracking number, which you can use to see how far away your parcel is to your door.

If you live in regional, rural or more remote areas, we will endeavour to get your parcel there as quick as possible.
