After returning to Australia for a retreat and a brief stay, Fr Luan Le arrived back in the Capuchin community at Tibar in East Timor a little over a week ago to take up his new role as formator of the Capuchin students in the Post-Novitiate. He will be keeping us regularly updated on activities in the mission. He has just sent through the following:
It's warm here but not unbearable because it's not so humid. I went back to work right away when I arrived. Besides celebrating Mass, I also work around the house: especially gardening and cooking.
These photos were taken during the feast of St. Clare where different Franciscan religious congregations gathered at our Tibar chapel. We began with Mass, then a festive lunch and then singing – the different congregations showed their own talents.
